    Details

The 3.8” Paring Knife is a small but mighty blade that makes precision prep effortless. Forged in Thiers, France, by a 5th-generation bladesmith, this knife is full tang and fully forged, designed for complete control and maneuverability.

The blade is honed to micron-level precision—resulting in a razor-sharp edge that retains its sharpness longer than traditional paring knives. The optimized blade geometry ensures effortless peeling, coring, and slicing, while the fine tip allows for intricate detailing. And even though the blade is asymmetrical, it's been carefully designed to feel intuitive for both right- and left-handed chefs.

With a full tang construction and an ergonomic Truffle Black ABS or Olive Wood handle, this knife offers exceptional balance, durability, and impact resistance, making it a kitchen essential for both home cooks and professionals.

    Care

    • Hand wash only, dry immediately.
    • Periodically oil the handle.
    • ABT knives can be sharpened like any other knife. The knives have a particularly fine sharpened edge. They can be maintained like any traditional knife with a good quality steel or diamond sharpening steel, or water stones designed for sharpening knife blades. For ease and perfect results, we recommend sharpening only the opposite side of the visible cutting edge (back side for a right-handed person) by applying a shallow angle.
