We make cookware for people who love to cook -- and we stand behind it. Our policies are designed to be fair, clear, and human, while respecting that cookware is meant to be used.

If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns

Try it for 60 days.

We want you to actually cook with your new gear before deciding. That's why we give you a full 60 days and accept used returns -- because the only way to know if it's right for you is to use it.

• You may return any Made In product within 60 days of delivery.
• Used returns are allowed. We expect you to cook, cut, and eat with it.
• We cover return shipping (one return per order).
• Items must include all original components.

A few things to know by product:

• Stainless Clad: Normal discoloration, patina, or seasoning is expected and is not a reason for return. That's your pan breaking in -- not breaking down.
• Carbon Steel: Carbon steel improves with use. Early seasoning imperfections are part of the process.
• Nonstick / CeramiClad: Sixty days gives you enough time to know if it's right for you.

Gift With Purchase Return/Exchange Policy

If your order included a gift with purchase, to be eligible for a full refund, both the primary product(s) and the complimentary gift must be returned in their original condition. If the gift is not returned with your return, the MSRP value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Gifts included with your purchases are not individually exchangeable or refundable. We cannot make substitutions for different versions, colors, or variants.

Discounts cannot be stacked or combined. This extends to the 'Gift with Purchase' promotions and means that discount codes will not work where a 'Gift with Purchase' promotion is already applied.
