The fully-forged, full tang blade offers plenty of control while slicing, and is guaranteed to hold a sharp edge without frequent sharpening, making it the perfect knife for year-round as well as holiday use.

    The Carving Knife’s thin, sturdy blade and pointed tip make it easy to work around joints and bones, as well as slice through tougher cuts of meat and cartilage. The long, streamlined blade shape produces clean cuts without dragging or tearing, unlike most electric carving knives. The two-pronged Carving Fork helps hold the meat in place while you cut, mirroring the look of the Carving Knife with its brushed stainless finish and black POM handle.
