Details

To craft the world’s best Chef Knife, we began at the birthplace of the world’s first Chef Knife: Thiers, France. Forged by a 5th generation bladesmith and hardened with nitrogen, this Knife combines the utilitarianism of German blades with the precision of Japanese knives.

Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of our Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they are crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades.

The closest thing to an all-purpose blade, the Chef Knife features a curved blade optimized for the rocking method, a pointed tip for precise cuts, and a hand-finished, slip-resistant polymer handle. Discover why the Chef Knife is an integral part of prep in both restaurant and home kitchens.
