The Knife Set includes the Chef Knife, the Bread Knife, the Paring Knife, and the Nakiri Knife, a blunt-nosed blade perfect for rapid fire prep work. All combine the utilitarianism of German blades with the precision of Japanese knives.

Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of our Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they are crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades. Smooth, natural grain handles are crafted from reclaimed olive wood sustainably sourced in Spain.
