Round Carbon Steel Griddle

The Round Griddle features a new shape and upward-facing handles designed to fit on smaller, circular charcoal grills. This allows you to utilize the grill's lid while the Round Griddle sits snugly on the grates, perfect for tasks like melting cheese, charring vegetables, or achieving an even smoke on proteins.

Our Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of cast iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative. The Griddle comes pre-seasoned with a mixture of coconut oil and shea nut oil so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. It's light enough to travel from stove to grill with ease and compatible with Electric, Gas & Induction cooktops.
