  • Avoid abrasive detergents on the cooking surface.
  • If stacking to store, layer with Made In Pan Protectors or kitchen towels.
  • Heat and cool pans slowly to prevent warping.

Carbon Steel

  • Hand wash only.
  • Oven safe to 1200F
  • Dry thoroughly with a paper towel or cloth.
  • Apply a light layer of oil or wax to the cooking surface on low heat before storing.

Enameled Cast Iron

  • Hand wash only.
  • Oven safe to 580F.
  • Dry immediately.
  • Avoid scratching the cooking surface by using wood or silicone utensils.
  • Remove stains with a paste of baking soda and water.

  • All Made In Cookware products come with a limited or lifetime warranty. For eligible items, we will replace any defective cookware with some exceptions regarding proper care and use.
  • We accept returns and exchanges for up to 45 days on the majority of our items within the Canada except items marked Final Sale.
